SPARK SURGICO offers following Terms and Conditions which describes standard format of our dealing all for your convenience. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using.
Payment Details:
Payment is accepted by wire transfer to our bank. Sample cost can also be accepted through western union for the sake of customer convenience. i.e less than $100.
DISPATCH OF SHIPMENTS:
There are three ways of sending shipments. Shipments can be dispatched according to customer desires.
Courier Service: Arrival in 3 to 5 days.
By Air Cargo: Arrival in 10 to 15 days.
By SEA Cargo: Arrival in 30 to 60 days.
We recommend shipments to be dispatched via Courier Service. The delivery is done to door of the buyer.
Samples :
Samples: Available against payment of samples + courier in advance through Western Union www.westernunion.com Due to safe delivery samples will only be sent Per Courier.
Packing:
All products are packed in a Polybag. The buyer can also have packing according to his requirements i.e. packed in a scissors case. Extra.
Return Policy:
1) To Avoid harm in transit, you must return Products in their original packaging, properly wrapped in a shipping box with paper or other shock absorbent content. DO NOT Send Products without external Packaging .Credit will not be given for harm to products purchaed due to incorrect Packaging.
2) Any Items used can not be returned for credit, Shipping charges should be charged in order to send these items back to you.
Information for shipment Charges and approximately weight of scissors or Surgical Instruments.
1- size 5" to 6" of scissor in 1-Kg approximately 10 to 12 can be packed in normal packing.
2- Normally fast courier services have 5 different zones and they normally charge 50 US$ to 75 US$ for first Kg of the weight. for additional Kg weight charges will be much less e.g. 8 US$ to 10 US$ per Kg.
